Your Responsibilities as a Dental Care Coordinator Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all patients. Assist with various dental procedures across both general and specialty care. Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards. Capture high-quality digital X-rays. Support the dentist during procedures, including suctioning, instrument transfer, and patient communication. Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide post-treatment guidance. Manage inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a clean working environment. Accurately document patient charts in Eaglesoft/Dentrix and assist with front-office operations as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program is preferred. DANB CDA, ICE, RHS, and current CPR certifications are preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office setting. Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software is preferred. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential. Interview Process Step 1: Initial phone interview. Step 2: In-person interview and office tour.
