What You’ll Be Doing
Greet and assist customers in our showroom, making them feel welcome and inspired. Work closely with clients to design kitchens and bathrooms that fit their style and needs. Read, interpret, and verify blueprints, drawings, and project details. Use (or learn) 20/20 Design software to create stunning layouts. Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and team members to keep projects on track. Ensure accurate processing of estimates, orders, and invoices. Communicate with dispatch to confirm deliveries and schedules. Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Keep up with product knowledge and industry trends to offer the best solutions.
