Swim Coach & Shift Lead
to join our passionate team! This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, thrives in a leadership position, and is committed to water safety and skill development. We teach swimmers from
6 months old in Parent/Child programs
to
independent swimmers up to 13 years old . If you're enthusiastic, organized, and ready to make a splash in a leadership role, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities
Act as the go-to team member during your shift Supervise instructors and ensure classes run smoothly Greet and guide new and returning families Manage class schedules, enrollments, and POS entries Monitor and support the use of our student skill-tracking system Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text, and email (training provided) Collaborate with your supervisor to ensure curriculum consistency and quality Help maintain a high standard of customer experience and operational excellence Swim Instruction
Teach swim lessons using the Dallas Swim Kids curriculum Work with students of varying ages and skill levels Foster a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment What We Offer
