As a Strategy & Planning Manager Senior within PNC's Data and Automation Artificial Intelligence organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh-PA, Strongsville-OH, Dallas-TX, or Birmingham-AL. Job Responsibilities: Drive near-term and long-term AI strategy Partner with business stakeholders and provide technical leadership to drive planning, execution, and adoption Identify and lead integration of state-of-the-art AI and Generative AI (GenAI) technology. Assess and evaluate AI impact and return on investment. Skills: Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, GenAI, and Agentic Systems applicability, architecture, and technology. Python Return on Investment (ROI) Strategic leadership Statistical analysis Machine learning: supervised and unsupervised GenAI technologies and applicability Job Description Directs strategic planning team to execute initiatives, including analysis, oversight and support for solution development. Identifies strategic opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals. Defines and oversees the resources for each assigned strategic initiative. Manages the overall strategic initiative to help ensure revenue, expense and other business objectives are met. May define, monitor and use service metrics to assess performance. Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. Bachelors Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $239,200.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance. Benefits
