Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for logistics and technology? Join us as the Director Logistics Systems and lead a skilled technical team that supports our Supply Chain and Corporate users. As the Director Logistics Systems, you will play a pivotal role in achieving these goals by managing and mentoring a team that provides continuous production support for our Distribution Centers (DCs) and partnering with various business functions to drive results. A Day in the Life: Provide leadership in support of Supply Chain applications including the design, testing, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of multiple Logistics systems to meet rapidly changing business needs. Troubleshoot and research system issues using technical expertise to resolve operational challenges. Lead the team that serves as the point of contact for the business to request WMS data extraction and analysis. Plan, document, and manage the performance of 2 direct reports and 20 indirect reports. Responsibility for the definition, development, and implementation of standardized best practices in Logistics core functions. Drive continuous improvement within the team, increasing their overall awareness of the evolving challenges in flowing off-price retail. You'll Come With: Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a Supply Chain focus 10 years' experience within Supply Chain systems 5+ years' experience within a Systems leadership role Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Oracle, and Manhattan WMOS Strong analytical skills to provide fact-based analysis and drive decisions Provide inspired leadership to team and foster an environment where the team advances their skills and abilities Burlington's benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage including life and disability insurance.
