We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Tax Senior for a hybrid role in our San Jose office. This position offers experience in both public accounting and finance, providing strategic tax planning, auditing, and diversified accounting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C corps, corporations, and high net worth individuals, with the ability to instruct and supervise junior team members. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field is required. Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex tax returns for entities including corporations and high net worth individuals. Conduct tax planning and research to minimize tax liability and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws. Guide and supervise junior team members, providing instruction and feedback to promote professional growth. Perform diversified accounting duties as necessary, including financial statement preparation and review. Conduct audits of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and expert advice. Stay updated on current tax laws and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant advice. Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on corporations and C corps. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or Master’s in Taxation highly preferred. Proven experience in tax planning and auditing with strong knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws. Extensive experience in diversified accounting, including financial statement preparation and review. Experience working with high net worth individuals and providing tailored tax solutions. Strong leadership skills with ability to supervise and instruct junior team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
