Assistant Director of Facilities Operations , leading our Maintenance, Engineering, Grounds, Transportation, and Housekeeping teams. In this vital role, you will ensure regulatory compliance, drive operational excellence, and maintain a safe, well-kept, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. What We Offer

Commensurate with experience starting at $105,000.00 / year and a generous bonus plan How You Will Make An Impact
Achieve community and departmental goals in finance, satisfaction, and engagement through effective systems, processes, and controls Oversee Transportation, Security, Project Management, Maintenance & Engineering, Communications, Housekeeping, and Grounds Respond to emergencies and serve as acting Director of Facilities Operations when needed Support budget planning and manage departmental operating and capital performance Approve asset and service purchases in compliance with company policies Ensure completion and documentation of all required manager training What You Will Need
Minimum of 5 years of business experience in General Services / Facilities Operations required Ability to initiate and implement necessary plans to assure proper maintenance of facilities Experience with CMMS is preferred Valid driver’s license and Record of Road Test (provided by Transportation) is required if operating Community vehicles and must adhere to policies and procedures of Erickson Senior Living Management Minimum 10 Hour OSHA training required within 1 year of hire Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
