As a main People & Culture (P&C) point person for corporate and field employees, lead and manage employee relations across multiple sites, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Develop, implement, and interpret HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and legal compliance at federal, state, and local levels. Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and difficult conversations; conduct investigations and document findings with recommended resolutions. Proactively identify and address potential employee relations risks to maintain a positive work environment. Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to support the full employee lifecycle and organizational growth. Responsibilities by Area

Collaborate with operations to attract, develop, and retain top talent; support performance management and succession planning. HR Operations & Strategy:
Use P&C metrics to drive decision-making; ensure data integrity across HR systems; stay current with laws and industry trends. What We Look For
Progressive experience in P&C business partner roles, especially in multi-site or decentralized environments. Hospitality or retail sector experience preferred; strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws for hourly workforces. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; proficiency in HRIS (ADP preferred). On-site presence in the NYC Metro Area (3-4 days/week) with occasional travel to other US locations. Compensation & Benefits
