Milwaukee, WI Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled OutSystems Architect to lead the design and development of scalable high-performance web applications on the OutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OutSystems platform solutioning, strong architectural skills, and hands-on experience with full-stack development using .NET and JavaScript technologies. Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture design and implementation of OutSystems solutions aligned with business goals Collaborate with business and technical teams to define application requirements and ensure scalable, secure, and robust solutions Develop high-quality web applications using OutSystems, incorporating best practices and coding standards Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams Integrate OutSystems solutions with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices Stay current with OutSystems platform updates and emerging technologies in low-code and full-stack development Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience with OutSystems platform solutioning OutSystems Certified Architect (mandatory) Strong proficiency in designing and developing web applications using OutSystems Solid background in .NET and JavaScript-based full-stack development Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript Experience in BFSI domain is a plus Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Life at Capgemini:
