DOE What You'll Be Doing Defend clients in civil litigation matters with a focus on insurance defense, including personal injury, property damage, and general liability Handle all aspects of litigation: discovery, motions, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation Provide clear and strategic legal counsel to insurance carriers and corporate clients Collaborate with firm partners and fellow attorneys on complex, high-exposure cases What We're Looking For 3-8+ years of civil litigation experience, with a strong background in insurance defense Must be licensed to practice in Arizona and in good standing Prior experience with auto, premises liability, construction defect, or general liability cases is highly preferred Ability to handle cases independently from start to finish Excellent writing, communication, and client relationship skills Why Join This Firm?
