We are hiring a
Media Manager
to join our cross-functional Media and Advertising team. This team delivers strategic and creative media and advertising solutions for clients ranging from startups to world-famous brands. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients, developing and managing relationships. You will focus on data-driven optimization to drive sales growth and help shape both strategy and creative execution. What you’ll do and how you’ll impact: Manage paid media and advertising campaign strategy, setup, ongoing optimization, and reporting Research and analyze client business, competitors and target audiences to recommend channels, budgets and targeting Set up and monitor campaigns across Amazon (Amazon Advertising Console and Amazon DSP) and other channels (programmatic, paid social, paid search) Use ad tech tools to drive campaign efficiency and enable execution of the strategy Synthesize performance data and present actionable insights to clients Identify business opportunities for clients (e.g., new targeting, new ad formats, competitive moves) Deliver flawless execution of media strategy, optimizations and testing plans Collaborate with Brand Management Lead to maintain integrated strategy, creative and advertising; involve cross-discipline team members where relevant Execute client deliverables and provide clear direction on priorities to achieve client goals Support thought leadership and POVs for clients on industry trends Who You Are
Very comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Drive Strategic thinker, analytical, quick to learn Strong ownership, results-driven, thrives in a high-performance culture Follows trends within advertising and media What You’ve Done
4+ years of hands-on experience planning, executing and optimizing media and advertising campaigns across channels including Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon DSP, programmatic, paid social, paid search, keyword research, content optimization, bid/budget management, and reporting Proven experience aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources and reporting on performance Proven experience recommending campaign budgets based on historical data and best practices Professional experience working directly with clients to address challenges and opportunities, and communicating complex topics to varied audiences Nice to Haves
Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SimilarWeb, Skai, Perpetua, Pacvue, or other tools Understanding of Amazon business factors (e.g., inventory, buy box ownership) Experience across Ecommerce and paid media (e.g., Shopify, Google Ads, social advertising) Previous agency experience Compliance and eligibility: Cart.com does not sponsor visas.
