Overview

The

Floor Manager

oversees day-to-day operations on the festival grounds, ensuring that concession stands, vendors, staff, and guest areas run smoothly. This role acts as the on-site point of contact for staff and supervisors, addressing issues quickly to maintain safety, efficiency, and a positive guest experience.

This is a seasonal role from September 9, 2025 and will end on January 9, 2026.

This role pays an daily rate of $700.00

This position will remain open until January 9, 2026.

Responsibilities Supervise concession, vendor, and service area operations during the festival. Act as the main point of contact between management and front-line staff. Monitor staff performance and provide support, direction, and problem-solving as needed. Ensure compliance with festival policies, health/safety regulations, and alcohol service laws. Conduct floor checks to ensure outlets are stocked, staffed, and operating efficiently. Respond promptly to guest complaints, safety concerns, or operational issues. Coordinate with security, facilities, and operations teams to resolve on-the-ground issues. Support POS and cash-handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist with scheduling, staff breaks, and shift changes to maintain coverage. Provide post-event feedback on staffing, operations, and guest experience. Qualifications

Previous experience as a floor manager, concessions supervisor, or event operations lead. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, POS systems, and cash-handling procedures. Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure. Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills. Flexible schedule with the ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in music festivals, stadiums, or large-scale events strongly preferred.
