Rapport Salary:

Job Summary: The Hospitality Ambassador is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members at The Forge. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with floor operations, and managing catering orders. The Hospitality Ambassador is a key point of contact for visitors and plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities:

Create a positive first impression by greeting all clients, executives, and staff members warmly and professionally. Spend long periods manning the front desk, ensuring that all visitors are attended to promptly and efficiently. Provide operational support on the floor, including assisting at the service desk and in conference/meeting rooms. Work events, including setting up and breaking down meeting and conference rooms, and ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly. Quickly respond to and assist with any meeting or conference room requirements, ensuring that all visitors' needs are met promptly and effectively. Be readily available to assist all visitors, providing information, directions, and support as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment in all areas of responsibility. Effectively communicate with all levels of staff and visitors, ensuring clear and concise information exchange. Quickly and efficiently resolve any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment. Manage catering orders, including set-up and breakdown, ensuring all food and beverage needs are met for meetings and events. Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs when business requires. Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records. Qualifications:

Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. A high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Luxury hotel hospitality experience is welcome. Working Conditions:

This position requires standing for extended periods and moving around the facility. The role may involve occasional lifting of equipment or materials.
