LanceSoft is seeking an experienced

Field Manager

to support site construction, commissioning, and integration activities in the Kentucky market. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in wireless technologies, strong troubleshooting skills in hardware/software systems, and a proven ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires extensive travel, strict adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, vendors, and customer technical staff. Candidates with prior T-Mobile and Nokia scoping experience are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations. Manage and oversee site construction in alignment with local build standards. Perform commissioning and integration activities across UMTS, LTE, GSM, and microwave systems. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including RBS, CBU/DUL, OBIF, RAX, and TX. Verify site quality throughout implementation and acceptance processes. Coordinate equipment repair and returns, maintaining accurate project documentation. Conduct daily interlocks with suppliers (meetings, status updates, etc.). Install, commission, and align microwave equipment. Understand and implement RAN, RF, and transmission designs. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications for proper installation. Apply grounding and electrical safety standards to ensure safe connections. Provide comprehensive reporting of all project activities. Safely operate hand and small power tools as needed. Work in outdoor environments and all-weather conditions when required. Requirements:

Must be in Seattle Market. Valid Driver’s License (mandatory). Minimum 2+ years of experience in network rollout. Minimum 2+ years of wireless industry experience. Previous T-Mobile experience strongly preferred. Nokia scoping knowledge required. Certifications in IC&I and troubleshooting for UMTS, LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, and GSM are a plus. OSHA 10/30 Certification preferred. First Aid/CPR training preferred. Solid understanding of microwave and fiber transmission concepts. Experience with cabinet/rack integration and troubleshooting. Electrical training with telecommunications experiences preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Flexible to travel extensively (overnight travel required). Knowledge of multiple client network topologies, RAN, and Optical/Microwave Transmission infrastructure. About Lancesoft:
