Role:
Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and development agreements
Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning review
Advise clients on a wide range of real estate transactions and business issues
Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm on multi-faceted commercial matters
Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, solutions-oriented service
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and in good standing
5+ years of experience in transactional commercial real estate law
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently
Base salary range and compensation considerations are provided separately; actual pay based on skills, experience, and recruiter discussion

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
