At RepRally, we’re building the ecosystem for wholesale commerce. RepRally unites brands, sales reps, and distributors into one platform. Our company is scaling exponentially, and we’re hiring key personnel across our early engineering and commercial teams. The Opportunity We’re seeking a growth-focused Marketing & Community Associate to drive performance and engagement across campaigns and our sales rep community. As a key member of our early team, you’ll help shape growth strategies, strengthen community engagement, and directly impact the future of our platform and brand. Responsibilities Track and analyze marketing campaigns to measure performance, conversion, and ROI Optimize engagement initiatives, including A/B testing of incentives and messaging Use segmentation data to deliver personalized experiences Collaborate with Design, Rep Growth & Success, and Brand Partnerships teams Manage and grow our sales rep community, driving engagement and surfacing insights cross-functionally Qualifications Experience in growth, performance marketing, or analytics (B2B or marketplace preferred) Strong analytical skills with proven ability to measure campaign success Familiarity with email and text marketing platforms, including segmentation and personalization Data-driven mindset with experience improving engagement through insights Skilled in project management and effective cross-functional collaboration Startup or high-growth company experience preferred Ways of Working On-site role at our NYC headquarters Lean, impact-driven approach (no unnecessary processes) Fast decision-making and execution Team-first, ego-free collaboration Emotionally attuned when managing our rep community What We Offer Healthcare: We pay 99% of your medical, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annual salary Equity: You'll be contributing to the team's success, so you deserve a share in it.
