The
Vice President, Business Development
will play a pivotal role in supporting DoubleVerify’s growth by leading and executing strategic partnerships within the adtech industry. The role is primarily responsible for expanding DV’s performance solutions across DSPs, Social Platforms and Streaming Video providers. DV has built a suite of performance-focused solutions (DV Authentic Attention) and through acquisitions (Scibids, Rockerbox); this candidate will ensure these solutions have broad and scalable coverage across the adtech ecosystem. The VP will cultivate and manage other strategic partnerships including data services, platforms and publishers, and will be responsible for negotiating and executing all requisite agreements with DV stakeholders (Product and Commercial) to facilitate service expansion and revenue growth. DV’s Business Development team is a core unit dedicated to driving unique, value-added partnerships within the adtech community and ensuring consistent coverage of DV services across all environments. The Vice President, Business Development will serve as a senior leader on the team helping shape the future growth of DV. What You’ll Be Doing
Create and execute business development strategy and roadmap for DV’s performance solutions, in collaboration with DV leaders and stakeholders. Identify, secure, and manage partnerships with key ecosystem players, including platforms, publishers, and vendors. Identify and develop new revenue-generating opportunities, build the business case, and advocate with senior leadership. Proactively build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner companies’ Business Development, Product and Executive teams. Adjust workload prioritization to meet dynamic business needs, coordinating with DV Product and Commercial leadership. Represent DV’s value propositions at industry associations and events, and participate in speaking opportunities to amplify DV’s viewpoints. Who You Are
Over 10 years of demonstrated excellence in business development or partnership roles. Ability to establish trusted relationships, navigate large partner organizations, and close strategic deals under tight timelines. Profound understanding of advertising technology, with knowledge of verification, media mix modeling, and outcome measurement solutions. Proven track record of identifying, securing, and managing revenue-generating partnerships. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience partnering with product teams to drive joint initiatives forward. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred). The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, level, skills, experience, and location. The estimated salary range for this role is between $197,000 to $340,000. This role is eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
