As a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas TX or Birmingham AL. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint. Basic to Advanced Skillset Preferred in: Systems Monitoring and troubleshooting, Infrastructure troubleshooting experience, Java. INFRASTRUCTURE & HOSTING: Knowledge of Linux and Windows hosted Services, MySQL & Oracle databases, Basic knowledge of SQL and PSQL preferred for querying tables, understanding table relationships, data types, and usage of stored procedures, Basic knowledge of SQL always-on architecture & listeners, Knowledge preferred of containerized platform (Redhat OpenShift preferred). Additional Skillsets / Soft Skills: Experience with troubleshooting and root Cause analysis, Documentation, Communication, Password Management, NAS/SAN knowledge, Active Directory, Kanban Practices. MONITORING TOOLS: Logscale / Humio, DynaTrace, Log file setup, alerting, reporting, Log management Incident Response & Support. Basic knowledge recommended: Networking - Understanding of DNS protocols; F5 load balancing; traffic routing, Basic knowledge of active directory & oracle unified directory a plus, Certificates - F5, IIS, SSRS, various platforms, Coding Fundamentals - C#, Angular, Web Services & API's, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Knowledge of supporting various infrastructure components is recommended. Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms. Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Writes code, tests and deploys software. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software. Maintains and debugs software.
