Employment Litigation Attorney

to join our

Atlanta

office and contribute to our growing caseload of complex employment matters. Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have

5+ years of employment litigation experience , with a strong background in defending employers in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of attorneys on cutting-edge workplace legal issues including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour, and non-compete litigation. Key Responsibilities:

Represent employers in all phases of employment litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and trial.

Handle Title VII, such as FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and restrictive covenant matters.

Advise corporate clients on employment policies, internal investigations, compliance, and risk management.

Draft employment-related documents including employee handbooks, policies, and separation agreements.

Develop litigation strategies and manage client expectations and case timelines.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school, admission to the Georgia Bar (in good standing).

5+ years of experience in labor & employment litigation at a law firm or corporate legal department.

Significant experience handling single-plaintiff and/or class/collective action employment cases.

Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated commitment to client service and teamwork.
