Experienced Shift Managers Needed! As a local, independent McDonald's franchise, we are looking for talented & enthusiastic people. We will give you the tools to be what you want to be. Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. Some managers may lead Departments: set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers. The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities may include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training service staff in service procedures, and organizing Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service. The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities may include delivering great quality and fast food, maintaining safety, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items. The People Department Manager’s responsibilities may include hiring qualified crew, training them well, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, plus ensuring crew onboarding and ongoing recognition and motivation. Qualifications
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast-paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older. Benefits
