About Aurelian

Aurelian automates non-emergency calls for 9-1-1 centers. Our AI-powered virtual operator intelligently routes, triages, and resolves administrative calls—freeing up human dispatchers to focus on real emergencies. The impact? Faster response times, reduced burnout, and better outcomes for communities across the country. Today, 60–80% of the calls to emergency communication centers (ECCs) aren’t true emergencies—they’re administrative issues like noise complaints, lost pets, or general inquiries. ECCs are chronically understaffed, and these calls stretch resources even further. Aurelian is fixing that. We’re deployed in ECCs across the U.S., answering thousands of non-emergency calls every day, reducing hold times and streamlining operations so agencies can focus on saving lives. We’re growing fast—and looking for people who want to make a real, measurable difference in the future of public safety. Role Overview
