Overview
Senior Vice President of Business Development - Concord Hospitality Enterprises (Remote role) Concord Hospitality is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Development (SVP-BD) to expand the Business Development Team and drive new hotel development and third-party acquisition opportunities. This role shapes our expansion strategy and fosters relationships with key stakeholders and property owners. You will work with an experienced leadership team committed to innovation and excellence and have the opportunity to influence the future of a respected hospitality brand. Responsibilities Source and secure new hotel third party management opportunities, development projects and acquisition opportunities. Lead deal pursuit, including business strategy and deal negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors and key industry partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, development and operations teams to ensure alignment on project execution. Qualifications 10+ years experience in business development and feasibility roles. Experience cultivating institutional equity relationships. Deep experience in underwriting, financial feasibility studies and market analysis. Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, real estate and the hospitality investment landscape. Demonstrated success identifying and closing hotel development and third-party management deals. Outstanding relationship management and communication skills with proven success in owner and investor relations. Executive-level leadership experience with growth focused mindset.
