Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Light Industrial department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will have a dependable attitude, the ability to work independently or with others, and a willingness to learn new skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Production Worker
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Pay Range:
$20 - 21.26 per hour
Shift:
3rd Shift, 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM
What's the Job?
Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality standards
Use visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products
Move parts and materials to maintain an efficient workflow
Rotate between different operations within the work cell and departments
Prepare and maintain work records and communicate process issues when necessary
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
Hands-on experience in assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work
Dependable transportation to and from the site
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Good attitude, adaptability, and ability to follow directions
