About the Role:

This role will be a temporary contract position with the potential to become full-time.

The

Tagging & Inventory Project Specialist

reports directly to a Project Supervisor at an assigned customer site. Additionally, the Documenting Technician works closely with management to maintain customer requirements and satisfaction while ensuring that the company's goals and standards are met. They must use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to develop effective partnerships to meet mutual goals and objectives, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze data, evaluate situations, and identify problems or opportunities, including likely causes.

Experience 0 to 12 months of related work experience and/or training. Education and/or

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective time management for timely tasks completion Excellent communication and collaboration skills Willingness to travel as needed (company-provided transportation) Ability to stand/walk on feet 10 hours a day with 25lbs pack, climb ladders/stairs, and work at elevated heights Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Commitment to providing excellent customer service Eagerness to learn with a coachable mindset Valid driver's license and minimum age of 21 Must be able to pass MVR Check, Background Check, and Drug Screening Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a related field Certifications in SafeLand and H2S Proficiency in Apple and or Windows-based computers Experience towing trailers Key Responsibilities & Essential Duties

Identify and inventory key equipment (valves, pumps, connectors, etc.) Identify and report AVO leaks and OEL components. Follow pre-determined route plan assigned by the Project Supervisor Identify flags hung on LDAR applicable lines and equipment throughout client facility. Ability to read and understand Piping and Instrument Diagrams. Ability to properly document LDAR components, following GAS processes. Ability to identify process equipment, components and ALL associated emission seams. Completes daily summary of work. Communicate equipment changes with office personnel Communicate/Coordinate with plant personnel. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Travel Requirements
