Target hire: October 25

Analog Devices (ADI) is launching an exciting new initiative — the Emerging Tech Hub — a collaborative space where customers, partners, and academic collaborators can rapidly prototype solutions tailored to their unique challenges.

We are seeking an

Emerging Tech Hub Senior Manager

to lead this flagship space and shape it into a global center of excellence. This unique leadership role combines

strategic program ownership

with

hands-on technical engagement — blending the vision of a solution architect with the technical depth of a robotics engineer.

You will be responsible for establishing world-class programs, engaging directly with customers and partners, and ensuring the Hub delivers both

cutting-edge demonstrations

and

real-world impact . The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing emerging trends with executives, designing solution blueprints with architects, and guiding engineers through rapid prototyping in robotics and AI-driven systems. Key Responsibilities

Act as the technical and strategic point of contact for customers and partners at the Hub. Translate customer challenges into integrated solution architectures spanning hardware, software, and AI/robotics technologies. Drive the planning, prioritization, and showcase of high-impact demos — working with Hub engineers to evaluate feasibility, align timelines with customer engagement schedules, and strategically highlight the most compelling proofs-of-concept and prototypes. Drive co-creation projects with enterprises, startups, and academia — from ideation to execution. Program Development & Partnership Growth

Design and launch innovation programs that attract a diverse community of customers and collaborators. Build structured processes for capturing impactful feedback and translating insights to the relevant internal teams, with the aim to improve ADI solutions and offerings. Establish a strong pipeline of engagements aligned with ADI’s strategic business priorities. Technical Innovation & Demo Creation

Oversee the design and development of next-generation robotics and AI demonstrations that highlight ADI’s technology leadership. Support integration initiatives (e.g., sensors, edge AI, ROS2, and system architectures) by representing Hub priorities, facilitating collaboration, and engaging the right technical resources across internal teams. Ensure demos remain relevant, scalable, and aligned with customer use cases. Hub Operations & Team Leadership

Lead day-to-day operations of the Emerging Tech Hub, ensuring it remains a safe, efficient, and innovation-driven environment. Build and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, program managers, and lab specialists. Establish operational best practices that balance technical excellence with customer-facing agility. Visibility & Thought Leadership

Host high-profile events, workshops, and hackathons that amplify ADI’s role as a technology leader. Represent the Hub in executive briefings, industry forums, and academic collaborations. Partner with Marketing to elevate Hub achievements across global channels. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering) or related discipline; advanced technical or business degree a plus. 12+ years of experience spanning technical solution development, robotics/AI engineering, and customer engagement. Strong background in robotics frameworks (ROS/ROS2), system integration, and prototyping. Proven ability to design solution architectures that combine hardware, software, and AI/edge systems. Track record of building and scaling customer-facing innovation programs or technical engagement hubs. Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships. Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with both executives and engineers. Analog Devices is an equal opportunity employer.
