Americas Planning and Operations, Vice President at MUFG. The role reports to the Managing Director, BSA Officer and Head of Regional Financial Crimes for the Americas and is responsible for developing strategies and plans that drive the company’s business plan and align with industry standards, market trends, and best practices. Responsibilities

Accountable and responsible for execution of RFCO Americas Planning and Operations objectives, projects and support including: Global Financial Crimes Division Project Management, Annual Planning, vendor relationships management, covering current and future contracts, Regulatory Engagement and Audit/Issues Management, FCoA Oversight and Reporting, and Administrative Duties. Collaborate with leaders and strategic partners to ensure strategies and plans support the goals and policies of the company or a specific business unit. Create and execute on plans, roadmaps, and other reporting; build awareness and adoption of strategic direction and priorities, key projects and programs, and transformation initiatives. Oversee monthly reporting and identify risks, remediating or escalating as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in business, accounting, legal, or related fields preferred Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in compliance, financial crimes risk management or related field Strong knowledge of BSA/AML banking regulations and financial crimes compliance laws Experience with regulatory examinations and issues management Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise summaries and reports Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and experience with compliance technology systems Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Compensation and Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role is between $116k-$161k, depending on knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
