Position Summary

The Demand Planning Manager is a key member of the Supply Chain & Procurement team, responsible for developing and executing consensus-based demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and supply chain principles. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain unconstrained demand forecasts for all products across all sales channels. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, competitive intelligence, and other relevant information to identify demand patterns and forecast future demand. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to gather and integrate relevant data and insights. Develop and implement demand planning processes and procedures, including data collection, analysis, forecasting, and review cycles per the go to market calendar. Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while meeting customer demand. Develop and present regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management in monthly S&OP meetings. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in demand planning. Salary Range:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheet, Excel, SQL, Netsuite). Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
