What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring effective installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diagnostic instruments Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer loyalty and profitability Mentor and provide direction to other Field Service Representatives (FSRs) Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards through accurate documentation Manage time, territory, and inventory effectively while supporting on-call and after-hours responsibilities What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Willingness to travel up to 75% Strong technical competency and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's or Engineering Degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Medical Technology Practical experience interfacing with customers Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and remote troubleshooting Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations effectively Continuous learning and certification in relevant fields
