EPC Services Company, a leading power/utility engineering consultant and construction firm, has immediate openings for full-time Senior Project Managers in our Madison, WI office. Consideration for a remote-work arrangement will be based on a candidate's level of industry experience in Project Management. This position is a senior professional project management role for individuals with advanced skills related to the strategic planning and management of the construction for electrical power, communications, and industrial facilities, including civil, structural, and mechanical disciplines. A senior project manager is a key resource to general and executive managers in providing insight and counsel on high-level business management decisions. Responsibilities

Provide leadership and management in the execution of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) turnkey projects for electrical power, communications, and industrial facilities. Direct program management for large clients, oversee project management activities, and manage project finances, bidding, safety, field support, and general administration. Mentor and train Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers; collaborate with Branch, General, or Executive leadership depending on client and project requirements. Coordinate cross-disciplinary efforts across civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines; support on-site monitoring and control of construction activities. Travel occasionally as required for project monitoring and control. Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management. Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with complex projects in transmission line or substation construction, or a combination of education and experience related to high-voltage electrical systems (substations/switchyards a plus). Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas, formatting, and navigation); Vista (Viewpoint) software experience a plus. Ability to pass all Company and client-mandated drug and background checks; occasional travel/driving required with auto insurance carrier requirements.
