Description BlueHalo is seeking a SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst who will provide analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses. Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest and develop analytic strategies. Identify target communications within the global network. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP. Responsibilities Provide analytic support for SIGDEV activities to optimize and develop accesses. Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information. Exploit foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities. Utilize experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications. Use software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development. Familiarize with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and incorporate independent research to enhance target development. Identify analytic vectors across various technologies and topics. Provide SIGDEV support for the purposes of optimizing and developing accesses. Demonstrate ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information. Work within established requirements and priorities to identify targets and analytic avenues. Qualifications Level 1:
(3) years demonstrated experience in and knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support. Experience must be recent (within the last five years). 3 years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications. Level 2:
5+ years demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support. Experience must be recent (within the last seven years). 5 years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications. Level 3:
10+ years demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support. Experience must be recent (within the last ten years). 5 years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications. Ability to provide SIGDEV support for optimizing and developing accesses. Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information. Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information per priorities. Experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications. Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development. Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to incorporate independent research to enhance target development. Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors. Active TS/SCI with polygraph; polygraph completed within the last 7 years. Salary
Range: $74,000 - $198,000 Notes:
The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation relies on several factors including position level, responsibilities, location, experience, education, certifications, contract-specific affordability, and market data.
