An employer is seeking a Senior Pega Developer for a large financial client sitting in Charlotte, NC. We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Pega Developer to join the CashPro team and lead a high-performing team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Pega-based solutions. This role blends hands-on development with strategic leadership, ensuring delivery excellence across complex business process automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement robust Pega applications using best practices in PRPC, case management, and decisioning. Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering growth, accountability, and technical excellence. Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups; ensure timely delivery of features and fixes. Collaborate with business analysts and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions. Enforce coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security protocols. Monitor application performance and lead tuning efforts to ensure high availability and responsiveness. Skills and Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development (v8.x or higher) Certified Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) Proven experience managing or mentoring development teams Strong understanding of case lifecycle design, integration services, and Pega decisioning Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
