Additional details will be provided by our recruitment team. This role involves reviewing project funding and drawdown requests submitted by project teams. It includes consulting with project teams to ensure projects adhere to corporate governance, assessing feasibility and justification of project plans (cost, schedule, scope), optimizing costs, identifying risks, and verifying documentation details. Responsibilities Guiding project teams to resolve complex issues. Mitigating risks in unique situations; supporting with tools like the Project Portfolio Portal, MS Project, and PlanView; coordinating with the Tokyo Head Office for funding approvals; and preparing funding requests based on project manager inputs for expedited approval. Qualifications Over 5 years of IT project management experience in the financial industry preferred. Attention to detail is essential, especially validation of numbers and dates daily. Must be onsite at the NJ office (Harborside) four days a week. Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is required to understand Tokyo Head Office procedures and communicate effectively with the team there. The typical base salary ranges from $120K to $157K, depending on experience and skills. The role may include performance-based bonuses and incentives.
