A large chemical manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Recruiting Supervisor to join their Human Resources department. This person will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for multiple company plants and satellite plants, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume reviews, interviews, offers, and onboarding. You will also be responsible for managing job requisitions and candidate pipelines within iCIMS ATS. You will work closely with hiring managers across the site to understand staffing needs and will be responsible for providing sufficient recruiting support. Additionally, you will attend job fairs and campus recruiting events on a regular basis. The established salary for this role is $90-105k, depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in high volume recruiting • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role • 1+ years of experience working with iCIMS software • Ability to work in a high intensity job and multitask
