Meet Kimberly Lou: Our founder, Kimberly Lou, is an Integrative Life Mentor, Health Coach, LAADC, and Ph.D. student, coaching top professionals globally. Mental Health Group Facilitator Position Summary: Seeking Associates or Therapists to take on a small case load for EMDR (when necessary) and Group Facilitation Responsibilities: Lead group activities Maintain documentation Ensure safety and respect for diversity Supervision provided for group and one-on-one hours Qualifications: Registration/Certification in a related field 1 year+ experience with mental illness/substance abuse for Associates Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance Pass background and medical checks EMDR certified Skills: Group facilitation Documentation and computer skills Cultural and lifestyle diversity awareness Schedule: Flexible, 10-15 hours per week
