Lifting Requirements: Up to 50 lbs
What You'll Do:
Wind electric motors by inserting copper wire coils and connecting jumpers/lead cables Interpret motor specifications using BOM and Winding Instruction Sheets Inserting insulation and insulated copper wire coils into stator cores Pre-forming coil end turns with rubber mallets or forming pedals Trimming phase separators Pre-forming end turns and connecting jumpers/lead cables using solder, hydraulic, or air crimpers Hand-lacing winding end turns Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality control standards Form coils and perform related production tasks as needed
