Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk II
Job Description
Join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk II, where you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for verifying incoming and outgoing delivery trucks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
Verify incoming and outgoing delivery trucks.
Provide customer service by assigning drivers to unloading or loading areas.
Review and complete delivery documentation, noting any damages or shortages.
Complete detailed daily reports, including time of arrival and departure, load, and materials information.
Input all daily reports and information into the system.
Maintain a clean work area through daily housekeeping.
Perform additional related tasks as required.
Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing, shipping and receiving, and logistics.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in inventory management and control.
Forklift experience or OSHA certification.
Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle materials effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of computer programs.
Knowledgeable in warehouse procedures.
Reliability, promptness, and good attendance.
Willingness to work full-time, overtime, and any shift, including 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm plus OT and Saturdays.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
