Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project progress. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Assist in problem-solving and resolving project-related challenges. Collaborate with the project management team to maintain quality control processes. Support procurement efforts by reviewing materials and vendor contracts. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders effectively. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer - High-End Residential & Multifamily should have: A background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Proficiency in project management software and tools. What's on Offer
