Schedule: Full-time, averaging

40 hours per week Overtime may be required as scheduled Minimum of

30 hours per week

required to maintain full-time benefits eligibility Salary Range: 63k-66k annually.

About the Job:

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining floor activity during your shift. You'll support daily warehouse operations by supervising forklift drivers, monitoring product flow, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring inventory integrity. This role is essential in keeping the warehouse organized, efficient, and compliant.

In This Role, You Will:

Monitor product flow and oversee daily warehouse operations Communicate job expectations and supervise forklift drivers Coach, train, and evaluate employees, enforcing policies and procedures Resolve issues and ensure the quality of product handling and services Load and unload vehicles using forklift and/or paper clamp when needed Maintain a safe, clean work environment and oversee the Daily Building Checklist Execute and monitor order picking, staging, and trailer loading processes Verify and scan all staged orders into/out of the Abecas system Receive inbound loads with forklift drivers and ensure accurate documentation Use provided iPads to track inbound/outbound truck times and respond to emails Track warehouse orders via White Board/Google Docs with the Warehouse Supervisor Ensure daily cycle counts are completed and address inventory discrepancies Secure property by enforcing access policies and procedures Provide oversight of warehouse staff in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor Perform other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications:

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Forklift certification Experience with barcode scanning technology Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to

60 pounds Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and use hands frequently; occasional climbing, kneeling, or crawling required Willingness to work in a loud environment with exposure to dust, moving equipment, fumes, and outdoor weather conditions This is a

safety-sensitive position

and is subject to a 5-panel drug test, including marijuana Desired:

This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to:

Moving mechanical parts Fumes, airborne particles, and dust Outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) Loud noise, vibration, and occasional electrical hazards
