E-commerce Coordinator - Entry Level

Role Overview: We're looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to bring our product drops and merchandising vision to life online. This role supports the E-commerce team by managing product data, assisting with site and app merchandising, and ensuring flawless product presentation across all platforms. Perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the ins and outs of fashion e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Drop Prep & Product Data
Create all drop documents for new product launches. Write product descriptions (romance and technical). Transfer and manage all product specs and details in Shopify Metafields. Tag and add products to Shopify collections. Upload imagery to product detail pages (PDPs). Assist with Shop the Look updates and pre-order pop-ups. Maintain and update e-commerce documents, Style Arcade changes, Monday.com boards, and reference links to ensure accurate information for all teams. Site & Collection Management
Create and manage Shopify collections for drops and sales (starting with lower-traffic collections and expanding over time). Merchandise collections weekly using direction from the Ecommerce Manager. Set up redirects in Shopify. Assist with homepage and navigation updates. Photoshoot Support
Attend photoshoots to track and organize shot imagery. Work cross-functionally with the Brand Marketing team to ensure creative and merchandising needs are met. Steam, cut tags, and maintain clothing for shoots. Prep shot lists and packing lists for upcoming photoshoots. Apps & Tools
Manage weekly updates for Shop the Look. Tag products in Yotpo reviews and Tolstoy videos. Assist with Tapcart app updates (navigation, homepage widgets, merchandising sections). Reporting & Sales Preparation
Pull weekly KPI reports for the ecommerce team. Assist in sale preparation, including creating sale collections, adding details to Monday.com, and sharing collections with cross-functional teams. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - or equivalent relevant experience. Experience with Shopify and Excel (required). Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail. Thrives in a fast paced environment. Interest in fashion merchandising and online retail trends. Copywriting skills for product descriptions a plus.
