About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Inventory Planning Coordinator
to oversee inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and support supply chain efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and the initiative to improve processes across purchasing, warehouse, and logistics functions.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through audits, tracking, and reporting.
Collaborate with purchasing teams to align stock levels with business needs.
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities to ensure timely fulfillment.
Analyze data related to inventory turnover, demand planning, and supply chain metrics.
Identify process improvements to streamline inventory and logistics operations.
Support budgeting, cost analysis, and supplier management initiatives.
Provide insights for merchandising, e-commerce, and retail operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Strong analytical skills; experience with ERP/WMS systems and tools like SQL or Power BI .
Knowledge of logistics, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
