Lead Business Execution Consultant
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Contact Center Products team within Consumer Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO) Strategic Transformation. This role will work directly with Product owners, Contact Center Lines of Business and Technology partners to establish Entitlement standards for multiple products in support of the Contact Center Modernization project. This role is crucial in developing and implementing a comprehensive user provisioning strategy to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo Access Management standards, while also providing a consistent and standardized set of profiles and entitlements that be applied across each Contact Center lines of business. In this role, you will: Develop a comprehensive strategy for managing profiles and permissions across multiple Contact Center products. Establish governance and compliance protocols for managing entitlements. Act as Product owner for multiple Contact Center capabilities. Communicate and Collaborate between various Wells Fargo teams (Wells Fargo technology, Corporate Security, Contact Center Lines of Business, Product Owners and 3rd party suppliers) Develop Job Aides and related training guides. Performance monitoring. Establish continuous improvement process. Identify and establish processes and related Controls that may be needed to ensure user provisioning standards are compliant with Wells Fargo Information Security and Risk policies. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience managing large initiatives and executing results in a complex environment Familiarity with Automated User Management platforms, Access Management standards and Contact Center line of business best practices. Ability to lead a team or project across multiple organization levels, partnering with business leaders to achieve key goals through flexibility, collaboration, influence and adaptability. Ability to execute in a fast-paced, ambiguous and high-demand environment. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on measurable outcomes. Job Expectations: Ability to work on-site at one the posted work locations This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
