Job Summary and Qualifications The Cardiovascular RN Navigator plays a vital role as the primary contact for cardiac patients, ensuring they receive safe, high-quality, and efficient care throughout their healthcare journey. Key responsibilities include monitoring quality benchmarks, conducting follow-up education for staff, and aiding in the analysis of concurrent database monitoring. This position also involves acting as a community resource for cardiac education, facilitating evidence-based order sets, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver cost-effective care strategies. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 90 days of hire. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN). An Associate Degree is required.
