The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the successful completion of project goals and objectives across the full project lifecycleinitiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. This role applies standardized project management methodologies as defined by the PMO and contributes to continuous improvement efforts. Position Responsibilities: Support project execution by managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they progress efficiently through each phase of the project lifecyclefrom initiation to closure. Maintain clear and concise project artifactssuch as charters, schedules, status reports, and risk logsin alignment with PMO standards. Manage the triple constraint (scope, budget, timeline) for assigned projects. Build and sustain professional relationships with project stakeholders to foster collaboration, alignment, and successful delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders through written, verbal, and virtual channels (e.g., Webex). Manage resource coordination by monitoring team workload, availability, and escalating any concerns to resource managers in a timely manner. Identify, manage and escalate project risks/issues promptly, contributing to resolution strategies. Foster positive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams. Support adherence to PMO standards by applying established methodologies for schedule development, governance processes, and operational best practices. This includes ensuring project plans stay aligned with organizational goals and that documentation and reporting are clear, consistent, and meet PMO expectations. Utilize and accurately maintain ServiceNow Project records to support consistent, accurate, and informative reporting for all active assigned projects. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to PMO maturity initiatives. Other duties as assigned Experience Description: Able to manage small (750 hours or less) and repeatable projects with minimal supervision and mentoring. Knowledge of project management principles normally acquired through a Bachelors degree or equivalent education/experience is required. Able to demonstrate project management skills and follow defined processes. Able to use support tools (MS Project, Project Web App, Sharepoint, MS Office etc.) with training and guidance. Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $26.56 - $45.44. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
