Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, functional understanding, NetSuite administration, and project management capabilities to support and enhance our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will work cross functionally with stakeholders to analyze business needs, design solutions, and lead initiatives that drive operational efficiency and scalability. Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to gather and document requirements for NetSuite enhancements and integrations. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents. Configure and customize NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement. Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, managing roles, permissions, workflows, and system configurations. Monitor system performance, manage updates and releases, and ensure platform stability. Maintain data integrity through audits, cleanups, and governance best practices. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users. Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports. Work with developers and third-party vendors to implement and test customizations and integrations. Lead EDI customer onboarding initiatives. Identify EDI issues and coordinate resolution. Lead NetSuite-related projects from initiation through deployment, including upgrades, module implementations, and process improvements. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals. Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users. Maintain system documentation and change logs. Qualifications

Required Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP. Proven experience in NetSuite administration, including user management, roles/permissions, workflows, and system configuration. Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, modules, and customization tools (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics). Solid project management skills with experience managing ERP-related initiatives. Knowledge of Netsuite vendor ecosystem, including 3rd party tools like RFSmart. Experience in a CPG or Food and Beverage manufacturing environment. Preferred NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation). Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo). Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. The potential salary range for this role is $105,000 to $130,000. This position is eligible for an annual bonus (based on incentive program terms and conditions). The company will determine the hourly rate offered based on qualifications, experience, and location.
