Now Hiring: General Production Workers – $19/hr | Start Immediately | Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Key Responsibilities:
Sort, lift, catch, and package tiles while checking for quality
Stack tiles from pallets onto conveyors
Clean production areas by sweeping and hosing down equipment
Inspect tiles and count stacks (e.g., stacks of 10)
Perform repetitive tasks involving twisting, bending, kneeling, and crouching
Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs
Essential Skills:
Experience in general labor, production, or manufacturing
Comfortable working in older industrial environments
Able to solve practical problems and work independently
Willing to get wet and dirty as needed
Strong attendance and reliability in past roles
Additional Qualifications:
Able to count accurately and handle repetitive tasks
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
