About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Senior Cleaning Technician
to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, while also providing leadership and training to new team members.
Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee daily cleaning duties, ensuring all standards are met. Train and mentor new Cleaning Technicians on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use. Lead by example, maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. Monitor work quality and provide constructive feedback to team members. Assist with scheduling and task delegation as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client expectations. Requirements:
Previous cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience required (leadership experience preferred). Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Flexibility with varying 2nd shift hours. Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed. Benefits:
