Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The role involves the production of filtration media/products, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Responsibilities include preparing raw materials, mixing them for each batch, assisting with equipment setup, monitoring production schedules, and performing quality control tests as needed. Proper production documentation and basic janitorial duties are also part of the job.
Responsibilities
Produce filtration media/products using GMP standards.
Prepare raw materials required for each batch.
Mix raw materials as necessary for each batch.
Assist in equipment setup for each batch.
Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed.
Conduct quality control tests when required.
Document production details for each batch.
Perform material handling and basic janitorial duties.
Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
Basic math skills and ability to learn.
Attention to detail.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in assembly, packaging, inspection, and use of hand tools.
Familiarity with production machinery.

The pay range for this position is $19.43 - $20.35/hr.
