Plaintiff PI Associate (1 to 3 yrs.) - Trial Team

Tech-driven plaintiff personal injury firm located downtown seeks a full-time junior-level associate with a genuine passion for litigation and trial work. This position will be responsible for litigating a docket of personal injury cases from filing to resolution. The firm will provide mentorship from a nationally recognized trial team and offer accelerated courtroom experience (participating in depositions, hearings, and trials as a 1st or 2nd chair on major cases). The firm is looking to invest and train their next great trial attorney. Specific duties include: draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs that position your cases for success; command the discovery process, including conducting and defending depositions; represent the firm's clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations; develop winning case strategies in collaboration with senior trial attorneys; negotiate assertively with defense counsel to achieve maximum settlements for clients. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of litigation experience (experience in personal injury or insurance defense highly valued); licensed and in good standing with the MO bar (an additional IL license is a strong plus); possess exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills; driven, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where performance is rewarded; and have an unwavering commitment to client advocacy and achieving justice.
