Our client has a direct-hire Human Resource System Analyst opening in Richmond.
The incumbent will maintain the integrity and reliability of UKG, the internal HRIS, ensuring that all modules meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department and management.
Duties/Responsibilities: -Configuration, testing and maintenance of UKG Pro including Pro, Recruiting, Onboarding and Learning. -Collaborates with HR staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term HR department and system objectives; develops a plan to modify HRIS modules to meet those objectives. -Assesses current system and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS. -Reviews and tests system updates. -Prepares reports from HRIS for internal and external use. -Helps prepare training materials, guides, and documentation. -Provides user training and hands-on support. -Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. -Maintains knowledge of HR policies and employment laws as well as trends and developments in HRIS technology. -Assists with HR audits as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities: -Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets. organizational needs and goals. -Ability to synthesize complex HR situations and apply policies and/or employment law. -Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to keep information confidential. -Thorough understanding of UKG or other HRIS product(s) and system design and ability to configure system(s) to meet business requirements.
Education and Experience: -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HR or related field -3+ years of experience with UKG or other HR business systems -HR certification a plus
