We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities: • Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols • Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned • Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment • Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems • Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher Qualifications: • In good physical condition with excellent health • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification • Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail • Previous experience working in food service is preferred Compensation: $19 per hour
